Asparagus has been used medicinally for over 2,000 years. It has been used to treat both kidney and bladder stones. The root is a diaphoretic, a strong diuretic and a laxative. It is useful in the treatment of a variety of urinary problems including cystitis. It is also reported that the roots are able to lower blood pressure.

SPARGA SULPHUR DETOX is being used to resolve Sulfite and / or Sulfate toxicity. This condition appears to block important nutrients from entering the cells also inhibiting the cell’s ability to eliminate toxins. This likely results from a genetic up-regulation of the Cystathionine-Beta-Synthase (CBS) enzyme. When this occurs, that individual may not be capable of detoxing very efficiently, in which case the toxins that are held up in the body weaken the immune system and the organs, and the patient is predisposed to chronic infection. This CBS up-regulation causes sulfates and sulfites to build up to a high enough level in the body so as to possibly block the cell’s ability to take up sulphur amino acids (cysteine, methionine, and taurine) as well as Glutathione and R-Lipoic Acid. Absence of these nutrients in the cells impairs detoxification from the cells. 10 drops twice daily for 3-4 months of SPARGA SULPHUR DETOX helps to resolve this condition for most patients. Many patients with Lyme disease (Borreliosis) appear to be affected by this condition.

In most cases, the sulfates and sulfites can be reduced by eliminating sulfur amino acids from the diet (garlic, onion, leeks, shallots, cruciferous vegetables, all animal source protein such as eggs, dairy products, fish, poultry, meats, etc) and food additives such as sodium laurel sulfate, sulfites in wine, Epsom salts, etc. Even if these restrictions are instituted, SPARGA SULPHUR DETOX is still very helpful to more quickly resolve the issue.

These are some of the medicinal benefits of Asparagus as reported in studies published since 1996:

  • ANTI-VIRAL ACTIVITY
  • ANTI-TUMOR ACTIVITY
  • ANTI-OXIDANT
  • APHRODISIAC ACTIVITY
  • CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY
